This is a great idea, when you go looking for themes and add-ons for Wordpress accessibility enhancements, they are few and far between. Hopefully the Shaw trust will be keen to do some testing for you, it could be a real plus for them, their members and the wider disabled web community. Perhaps they will be able to host the theme on their website as well as having it available on the Wordpress site.
