Mobile heuristic review
Whilst their ecommerce platform was responsive Hayes and Jarvis knew that it had played a serious second fiddle in the development of the platform. We were asked to identify the biggest problem areas using heuristics.
What we did
Working through the key pages and scoring as we went using a standardised set of measures around human factors, performance, navigation, task completion and optimised content allowed us to benchmark against competitors and best of class websites.
Key recommendations were fed back to the e-commerce teams for prioritisation.
